This design comes from a 1950's beer can. It features a clasic Indianapolis 500 roadster racing to the finish line.
The F.W. Cook Brewing Company was established in 1853. In 1948 Tony Hulman of Indianapolis Motor Speedway fame bought a controlling interest. Unfortunately his marketing skills were not enough to save the brewery. Cook's closed in 1955. |
