Established in 1899, the brewery on South Main Street in Frankenmuth, MI enjoyed more than 100 years of success!  For many years "Frankie" the Dachshund was a famous brewery advertising icon. 

A June 1948 newspaper advertisement boasted that "Dog-gone Good" Frankenmuth was now better than ever!  It claimed that the brand new Frankenmuth Brewery was the finest, most modern brewery in America – using the newest in scientific devices and processes to increase the “goodness” of the new Frankenmuth Beer and Ale!  In addition to all this wonderful equipment, Frankenmuth also claimed the advantage of that best of all ingredients - PURE SPRING WATER.

This design was inspired from a 1940’s Frankenmuth beer bottle label.
