This design was inspired by an early 1950's beer can. It features Paul Bunyan - the famous Northwoods lumberjack. Legend has it that he and his crew drank wagon-loads of beer with every meal.
The Marshfield Brewing Company dates back to 1878 (established as "M. Bourgeois"). It closed in 1967 as The J. Figi Brewing Company.
