This design was inspired by a 1950's beer serving tray. The William Gretz Brewing Company began in 1861 as The Albert Schwartz Brewery. Their beer was once known as one of the strongest in alcohol content.
Intense local and national competion led to their eventual demise. Gretz closed in 1961. |
